When automotive or aerospace industry components are heat-treated, the heat treatment systems used are normally subject to continual auditing in accordance with the applicable standards. The standards cover temperature sensors, instruments, system accuracy and temperature tolerances. Tenova LOI Thermprocess equips their plants with suitable instruments and measurement systems and supports the process auditor during the initial audit. Subsequent audits are then the responsibility of the plant operator. In many plants, the audit process is still largely manual and bureaucratic.

LOI‘S DIGITAL SOLUTION

Tenova LOI Thermprocess has developed an all-in-one software solution to cover the process of AMS2750/CQI-9 auditing in a holistic way. The software allows the audit procedure to be completed at the plant with paperless documentation using a mobile panel or tablet. As a result of the instrumentation provided by Tenova LOI Thermprocess, the SAT check can also be carried out on regular working days during production. In addition, the software offers convenient solutions for the management of thermocouples and measurement instruments, the planning of measurements and the preparation of reports.
