As a medium-sized company, we are located in the heart of the Ruhr region - and equally as the historical steel region in Germany - in Duisburg. With around 150 employees, we work every day with full commitment for our customers, most of whom have been with us for many years. Our decision-making channels are short due to fewer hierarchical levels. Together with management and employees, we create a working environment that is characterized by trust, reliability and team spirit. An assignment at one of Tenova's international locations opens up new perspectives and strengthens intercultural skills, as does participation in centrally organized training measures at Tenova headquarters in Castellanza (Italy).
